When you don't have a pool and it is over a 100 degrees outside, buckets will do. So our daily routine is to feed Tooga and then get in the water. Izzy recently decided that getting into the bucket was better than standing outside of it and splashing around.
This blog is a story of two parents, both special educaton teachers, trying to raise a first grader and a precocious preschooler. We love to travel, cook, tend to our "backyard farm", and spend time with each other.

When you don't have a pool and it is over a 100 degrees outside, buckets will do. So our daily routine is to feed Tooga and then get in the water. Izzy recently decided that getting into the bucket was better than standing outside of it and splashing around.

Have I told you about how she jumps from the couch ledge onto the couch and thinks it is the greatest thing? or how she jumps into the deep end of the pool and scares all three adults that are swimming right their with her "no fear" attitude?
