This blog is a story of two parents, both special educaton teachers, trying to raise a first grader and a precocious preschooler. We love to travel, cook, tend to our "backyard farm", and spend time with each other.

Doctor Visit
We went to the doctors today and she did a great job. It took us 2 hours to get through with everything and again I am so happy we have Kaiser and everything is in one place. We saw the doctor, got lab work done to test for Lead and Anemia (results are already back and good, I even had Auntie Kari advising me on the results), visited the pharmacy for Fluoride since our water is of course, not fluorinated, and then off to injections to get a shot. Poor baby. We did learn she is 32 lbs, 34 in tall, and gives great high fives to our doctor.
