New Group at School

Izzy will be moving to a more advanced group in her toddler room in August (or September). This group is a transition group that begins to really use the Montessori materials (rods, pink blocks, etc.) and begins to focus on the necessary skills for independence with a 3-5 year old group in the Early Childhood Class . We are waiting for 3 kiddos to move out of that group and then Izzy will go in. The good part is we really like that teacher. Izzy has had her since she began attending her school in Dec. 2007. It is also a benefit that she is potty trained which is what hinders a lot of kids from moving out of the toddler class.
